Can the Answer Agent make something up about my company?
It is built not to. The agent can only draw on answers you have published and records you have confirmed; a question outside them gets an honest redirect to a person rather than an improvised reply.That constraint is the feature. An agent that improvises about your prices or your capabilities is worse than no agent, because you will not find out until a customer does.
