Does the hub track visitors across the web?
No. Measurement is first-party and on your hub only. It sets no cookies for anonymous visitors and uses no third-party tracker — it counts reading behaviour on your pages, not people's browsing lives. It cannot follow anyone across other websites, because it has nothing to follow them with.
