AI search visibility for consultancies & agencies
Every firm's website says senior team, tailored approach and proven results. None of that distinguishes you, and none of it answers the questions a buyer actually has. What distinguishes you is the specific judgement you would apply to their specific problem — and that is publishable.
A firm that answers the hard questions in public is the firm that gets the call.
What buyers ask consultancies, agencies and professional firms
Examples of the shape these questions take — not a measurement of your market. The Demand Scanner finds the ones your own buyers are actually asking.
Publish once. Show up three times.
The same question, published once on your own hub — as the answer above the results, as the source an assistant quotes mid-sentence, and as the result underneath.
Most engagements of this shape run four to eight weeks. What moves the number is the state of your data, how many people have to sign off, and whether you want a plan you run yourselves or the change run with you.
Aanswers.yourcompany.comAn illustration of the three surfaces, not a screenshot of anyone’s placement — the domain is a placeholder. Google and ChatGPT are shown as places answers surface, not as endorsements.
"Who is good at this in our region?" is now a question with an answer.
Buyers who used to ask a colleague for a recommendation now ask an assistant, and it answers from whoever has written something specific enough to be worth quoting. A firm whose entire published output is capability statements is invisible to that, because there is nothing in a capability statement to quote.
- A specific answer is quotable; a positioning statement is not
- Articles that show reasoning outrank pages that assert competence
- The firms being recommended are the ones that wrote something worth citing
Being found across a market that speaks four languages
A consultancy or agency in Europe competes inside a country and researches across a continent. The senior buyer reads English fluently and still types the question in their own language when they are looking for somebody they can meet in person. Serve one behaviour and half the market cannot find you.
- Publish the questions people ask in each market you actually deliver in, in that language
- Say which countries you can invoice from and which languages the work is delivered in
- Use examples from companies a reader in that market recognises, not from somewhere else entirely
- Keep the same description of what you do in every register, directory and profile you appear in
The five answers a firm should publish first
Each of these is a conversation partners have weekly. Writing them down once is the entire exercise.
Why firms and agencies start with AnswerLink
Your differentiation is judgement, and judgement is invisible until it is written down. AnswerLink turns twenty minutes of a partner's answers into a page nobody else could have written: it asks the four things only your firm knows, keeps the answers verbatim, and publishes them where buyers comparing firms actually look. The website stops saying 'senior team, tailored approach' and starts showing the thinking.
- The writing asks questions; partners answer out loud instead of drafting
- Cases, methods and named expertise become records the pages draw on
- The firm that publishes its reasoning is the one assistants recommend
It asks the four things only you know
Instead of a blank page, a handful of questions a model cannot answer about your work: what went wrong last time, what you would refuse, what a price actually depends on. Your answers land in the page in your words. Twenty minutes of a partner's time becomes a page nobody else could have written.

Project histories, methods and the expertise of named individuals become records the writing draws on — so the specifics reach the page instead of staying in a proposal folder.
Read moreThe answer stays free; the next step asks for a name
A checklist or an assessment beside the answer whose reader actually wants it. The reasoning is public, which is what earns the ranking; the artefact is what earns the conversation.

Isn't publishing our method just giving away the work?
Firms worry about this and it is almost never what happens. Publishing how you think does not let anybody do it — it demonstrates that you can, which is the whole basis on which professional services are bought. The firms that lose work to a published method were being compared on price anyway.
Should we publish prices?
Publish what a price depends on, even where you cannot publish a number. "It depends" is the least useful sentence on a professional services website; "it depends on these four things, and here is the range each one moves" answers the question and qualifies the reader at the same time.
Our partners have no time to write. Does that make this impossible?
It makes writing from scratch impossible, which is why the product does not ask for that. It asks questions and keeps the answers verbatim. A partner answering four questions out loud produces a better page than the same partner staring at an empty document for an hour.
