Site ScannerAI
Four minutes, and your company is structured.
Enter your website address. The scanner reads your pages and documents and comes back with your services, cases, regions, prices and expertise as records you correct — instead of handing you a blank form to fill in.
Nobody fills in forms about their own company. So it fills them in, and you correct it.
It reads what is public, and only what is public
The scanner fetches your sitemap, picks the pages that carry substance — services, cases, about, pricing — and extracts what you say about yourself. Documents you upload are read the same way: the insight is kept as records, the file is deleted.
- Public pages only — nothing behind a login, ever
- Real progress from the job itself, not a fake bar
- Every record carries its source URL and a confidence
Where your own pages disagree, you decide
Your about page says twelve people; your careers page says eighteen. The scanner does not average them — it puts both in front of you with where each was seen, and your choice is applied everywhere that fact appears.
- Conflicts surface as decisions, never as silent picks
- Bulk confirm and reject for the records that are simply right or wrong
- Edited wording keeps its source attached
What it finds becomes the Company Brain
The scan is not a report — it is the intake of the Company Brain. Every confirmed record becomes material the writing can use, territory the Theme Canvas can propose, and ground the Answer Agent can stand on.
- Fifteen Brain modules filled from one address
- Re-scan any time; it adds what changed and flags what no longer matches
- A record confirmed once is reused everywhere
How it actually goes
What people ask about this
What does the scanner actually read?
Your public pages and the documents you hand it. It never logs in anywhere, never reads mail unless you connect it deliberately for the voice profile, and never keeps an uploaded file after extracting its records.
How accurate is it?
Accurate enough to be a first draft, wrong enough that you should read it. That is by design: correcting a filled-in form takes minutes, filling an empty one takes an afternoon, and the corrections themselves teach the Brain which sources to trust.
My website is out of date. Should I fix it first?
No — scan it as it is. The scanner shows you exactly what your site currently says about you, which is also what every search engine and assistant currently believes. Seeing that gap is worth more than hiding it.
See your own company, structured before you decide anything.
The scan is free and takes about four minutes. What comes back is your company, structured — not a demo of someone else’s.
