AnswerBrainAnswer intelligently

Everything your company knows, confirmed, and able to answer.

AnswerBrain is the inward half of the same system. It gathers what your company knows into one confirmed body of records, lets colleagues and systems ask it, and answers in your own words from your own facts — or says that it cannot. Nothing on this page publishes anything; it is about knowing, inside.

01

Everything your company knows, in one place.

It starts by reading what already exists: the website, the documents, the mail, a spoken walk-through. Each thing it learns becomes a record with its source — a service, a case, a price, a person, a rule you follow. The pile of PDFs and the folder of old proposals become one body of facts you can see.

  • Website, documents, mail and voice
  • Every record keeps where it came from
  • Grouped by what it is, not by which file held it
02

Confirmed, not guessed.

Two of your own pages disagreeing is the normal state of a company's knowledge. The Brain shows the conflict and asks which is true. A record is either confirmed by somebody, or it is not — and nothing downstream is allowed to speak from a record that is not. You decide, per subject, what may be shared and with whom.

  • Conflicts surfaced for a person to settle
  • A status on every record
  • A policy per subject: what may be shown, and to whom
03

Ask it anything.

A colleague asks a question the way they would ask a senior colleague. The agent answers from confirmed records and names the record it answered from. Where the Brain does not know, it says so instead of inventing — which is the one behaviour that makes an internal assistant usable. Sales, support, new hires: the same answer, every time.

  • Answers cite the record they came from
  • “I don't know” when it does not
  • The same answer in every channel
04

Your words, your tone.

It learns how your company sounds from how you already write and speak: the terms you use, the ones you avoid, how formal you are. Every answer is written in that register, so what a new colleague reads from the Brain sounds like the company and not like a model.

  • Vocabulary you use, and vocabulary you avoid
  • A register learned from your own writing
  • Corrected once, kept everywhere
05

In the tools you already use.

The Brain is reachable from outside it. Records and answers come out through an API; events go to your CRM through webhooks; the same confirmed facts feed your intranet, your site build and the assistants you already run. One source, many surfaces — none of them drifting.

  • Records and answers over an API
  • Webhooks into the systems you run
  • The same facts everywhere they are shown
06

Private by design.

Each workspace is its own. Data is hosted in the EU, the model providers work under terms that exclude training on it, and what a colleague may ask is bounded by the policy on each subject. The security page says exactly which third party sees what, and why.

  • EU hosting, one workspace per company
  • No training on your data by any provider
  • Access by subject, by policy
07

What changes, and how you would know.

An internal brain is judged by what it saves and what it prevents. These are the things it makes measurable. None is promised; each is a count the workspace keeps.

What it makes measurable

The workspace keeps these counts from the first day. They are the honest yardstick for an internal assistant: not how clever it sounds, but how often it answered, from what, and how often it had to say it could not.

And when you are ready to be found.

AnswerBrain and AnswerLink share one Brain. The day you want the market to have the same answers your colleagues have, the confirmed records are already there; AnswerLink publishes them outward, on your domain, where they can be quoted.

  • The same Brain, pointed outward
  • Nothing to re-enter

Start with what you already have.

A workspace reads your website in minutes. What it finds is the first version of your Brain, and the first thing you confirm.
